My responsibilities as Human Resources Director are directing all facets of Human Resources including the design of benefit and compensation packages, employee relations, and creating a workplace were our employees are our most important asset. I also manage all financial aspects of the company including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The most rewarding part of my job is meeting people from other companies that tell me they have heard from a current employee, what a great place KidsCare Therapy is to work. I also enjoy hearing the stories of how our great group of therapists has made a difference in children’s lives.
